Her leadership is characterized by a strategic approach that motivates and elevates her team, creating an environment where excellence is the standard. Led by a deep sense of purpose and genuine care for people, she serves Note both internally and externally with intention and compassion, fostering trust, growth, and a culture of shared values and meaningful work.

We required a leader with exceptional communication capabilities, operational precision, high-caliber execution, and deep financial insight, and Lori embodies all of these qualities. Her career, though marked by significant operational leadership, is firmly grounded in advanced financial planning expertise. She earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, and Economics from Empire State College. She is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) and holds several professional designations from The American College of Financial Services, including Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC), Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU), Chartered Advisor for Senior Living (CASL), and Chartered Special Needs Consultant (ChSNC). These credentials underscore her deep mastery of financial strategy, needs-based planning, and client-focused solutions. 

Outside of her professional sphere, Lori demonstrates a strong commitment to faith, family, and community involvement. She actively participates in her local church and supports outreach programs that foster impact and well-being. Family is deeply meaningful to her, and she cherishes time (often with a coffee in hand) with her husband Jason, children, granddaughters, and dog, Remington.
